Summer Church School
A sign-up sheet for helping teach Summer Church School is now located in the back of Fellowship Hall. This year we are trying a new curriculum entitled, “Awesome Adventures: God’s People on the Move” and will be offering just one broadly-graded class for children ages 3 years – 3rd grade (grade entering in Fall 2010). Summer is a wonderful time to give the IIQ stewards and parents a break from teaching. Please consider volunteering for one teaching opportunity this summer. Thanks.

Summer Church Camp
Parents, looking for a fantastic spiritual growth opportunity for your children this summer? Then consider Summer Church Camp at Camp Meadowkirk in Middleburg, VA. This summer’s theme is “Be A Hero Like Jesus” and this theme will be explored through a variety of camps. Camps are available to children and youth from rising 1st graders to rising 12th graders. For registration and more information, go to www.meadowkirk.org or call (540) 687-5565.

Regular Programs

Morning Hour
Our Morning Hour educational program for Preschool & Kindergarten children takes place during the 9:00 a.m. Worship Hour. It is generally led by Dan and one adult volunteer, and a printed curriculum is provided for each Sunday. Volunteers other than the parents of the children are needed to help staff this program. Please speak to Dan.

Year V of IIQ
Our Children’s Church School program, IIQ, meets Sundays in the Lower Level of the Meeting House at the 10:10 Education Hour.
